2. If you live in a regional or remote area and you are unable to access a post office please contact the screening unit:

3. Applications can be made at certain Post Offices and must be made in person.
4. The cost of the WWC check is $10 if you are a volunteer and $50 if you are employed.
5. You will need 100 points of identification.
6. Your club/employer will need to sign section 6 and 7 of the form.
