Forms can be picked up from certain Post Offices.

Freecall: 1800 883 979 - Applications can be made at certain Post Offices and must be made in person.
- The cost of the WWC check is $10 if you are a volunteer and $51.50 if you are employed.*
- You will need 100 points of identification.
- Your club/employer will need to sign section 6 and 7 of the form.

*In situations where a person with two 'jobs' is employed in both paid and volunteer child-related work, the fee for paid work will be required. If a volunteer obtains paid work during the three years that the WWC Card is valid, that person will not need to apply for a new check until the card expires, unless there is a new offence of concern. A current WWC Card remains transferable between paid and unpaid work.
