Western Australians will be able to see some of the world’s best cyclists in action during the Chevron 2012 Perth International Track Cycling Grand Prix.

One of Western Australia’s most popular sporting and recreational activities has a new peak body courtesy of $200,000 State Government funding.
Heavy rain provided ideal conditions to settle the dust and firm the single track for the weekend of cross country racing as part of the Perth Mountain Bike Club State Round number two in Pemberton on 30 April to 1 May.
The Cycle instead Bike to Work Challenge is free to enter and is open for any number of teams from workplaces all over Western Australia. The event will run from Monday 6 September to Sunday 17 October.
