Get on track in the new year!

With the festive season behind you, and the new year on your doorstep, it is now time to resume your healthy eating plan and kick start your physical activity again for 2010. Starting on 8 February, the eight-week Get on Track Challenge is a fun, online, team-based program that can help you make healthy lifestyle changes.

Get On Track Challenge Logo.During the eight-week challenge, your aim is to find 30 minutes of physical activity and eat two serves of fruit and five serves of vegetables every day and log your progress online.

Your team's activity and consumption is converted into kilometres and is recorded along an interactive WA map.

The team-based challenge helps keep you motivated, and competing against other teams from all around WA means you can make some big improvements to your health in a fun way.
