With the festive season behind you, and the new year on your doorstep, it is now time to resume your healthy eating plan and kick start your physical activity again for 2010. Starting on 8 February, the eight-week Get on Track Challenge is a fun, online, team-based program that can help you make healthy lifestyle changes.
21 January 2010
During the eight-week challenge, your aim is to find 30 minutes of physical activity and eat two serves of fruit and five serves of vegetables every day and log your progress online.
Your team's activity and consumption is converted into kilometres and is recorded along an interactive WA map.
The team-based challenge helps keep you motivated, and competing against other teams from all around WA means you can make some big improvements to your health in a fun way.
If you have not yet registered, get a team together, visit www.getontrackwa.com.au and register today!
If you have participated before, log in to the website, get your team ready and join the challenge!
Be one of the first 10 teams to register in the eight-week challenge to win Get on Track Challenge branded mugs for all your team members.
Tell your family, friends and work colleagues and help them to get on track in the New Year too!
