Strategic Directions for Western Australian Sport and Recreation 2006-2010 (SD4) presents a series of challenges based on issues and concerns identified by key stakeholders. 

To address the challenges we must encourage an industry that promotes innovation, cooperation, entrepreneurship and creativity.
