Interactive complaint handling tool released

Play by the Rules has launched a new online interactive tool for community level sport to support Member Protection policies and grievance procedures.

Woman with megaphone.The tool assists in decision making and processes for responding to and handling complaints and provides options and guidelines for dealing with different levels of complaints, from favouritism and team selection to assault and child abuse.

Throughout the tool are resources, videos and printable information sheets that provide comprehensive guidance and procedures that can be applied within clubs.

Play by the Rules provides information and online learning about how to prevent and deal with discrimination, harassment and child abuse for the sport and recreation industry.
